Our recruitment process consists of 5 steps:
1) Register on our forums. (full API or the app will be auto rejected)
2) Talk to a recruiter (ask for one in our in-game channel “phantom public”) and provide a (full) API-key.
It is up to you to set up a interview.
3) Agree to our terms of membership.
4)Make a new topic in the applications section. The application will be moved pending screening and background checks.
5) Upon completion of the screening process, a recruiter will contact you to tell you your application has either been accepted or turned down. If your application is turned down, you will be informed on which grounds this was done.
Depending on workload screening can take anywhere between a few hours and several days. Please have patience while we process your application; if you’re curious about the status of your application, please contact a member of PHA in our public chat and they will try to help you out.
6) If you are accepted. there is a 30day trial. where you are expected to participate in corp ops. CTA's and roams.
