When applying for membership to PHA, it is very important that you describe as much as possible about yourself so we can get an idea of you, both as a RL person and a character in Eve.
Unfortunately, too many applications consist of just one line. This isn’t enough, and is almost always a guarantee for immediate dismissal. Included in your application should at least be some information on:
* your (RL) age and occupation;
* the amount of time you (as a person) have been playing eve and your experience in eve;
* anything that could make you a valuable asset to the corp (military background, empire building corp, specific contacts and knowledge (both in-game and RL), etc.);
* your contacts and vouches in corp, if any: if some of us know you already, ask them to vouch for you as this can greatly speed up the application process;
* and in general, just everything you think would be helpful for us to know about you!
Requirements
* applicants have a minimum of 20 million skillpoints on their main character;
* applicants must be able to use Teamspeak and be on Teamspeak when logged into Eve; no muted mics in corp chat or fleet comms, if you’re afk just say so and / or move to the appropriate channel;
* applicants need to be able to both understand and communicate in English

* experience in PVP;
* the ability to use Tech II ships and fittings (HACs, Recons, CS, T2 fit sniper BS, etc.);
* self-sufficiency and motivation;
* reasonable activity levels;
* a cooperative and team-minded playstyle;
* an easy going attitude with a good sense of humor.
